The Marketplace is available exclusively to Premium Programme subscribers. Subscribe to the Premium Programme to access the Marketplace.
• How do I use a Marketplace voucher?
To use a Marketplace voucher, enter the voucher code on the checkout page before completing your payment.
• After purchasing a service, will the doctors come to me?
No. You are required to bring the receipt to the clinic to receive the service. For further assistance or clarification, please contact us via email at care@bookdoc.com or call 1300-88-2362 (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• I am subscribed to the Premium Programme but cannot find ‘Marketplace’ on the app. What should I do?
