• What conditions are suitable for Teleconsultation?

Suitable Conditions:

  • Minor illnesses such as colds, flu, sore throat
  • Follow-up consultations for chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol
  • General health advice, lifestyle guidance, and medication management

Not Suitable Conditions:

  • Emergency or life-threatening conditions (e.g., severe chest pain, difficulty breathing)
  • Situations requiring physical examination, lab tests, or imaging
  • Severe injuries or conditions needing urgent in-person intervention

Teleconsultation services are not a substitute for in-person consultations or emergency care. Patients should seek urgent care in person if experiencing serious or life-threatening symptoms.

• How do I apply the discount code?

A QR code will be provided to you to apply the discount.

• How can I reschedule my appointment?

  1. Click the Menu bar (triple-line icon at the top left corner).
  2. Select ‘Teleconsult’.
  3. Click ‘Upcoming Appointment’ > ‘Cancel Appointment’ > ‘Reschedule’.

• How can I cancel a scheduled appointment?

  1. Click the Menu bar (triple-line icon at the top left corner).
  2. Select ‘Teleconsult’.
  3. Click ‘Upcoming Appointment’ > ‘Cancel Appointment’.

• What is the ‘Scan QR’ function used for?

The ‘Scan QR’ feature will direct you to a specific doctor’s page, allowing you to apply the associated discount.

• Can I get prescriptions from doctors on Teleconsult?

Yes, you can receive prescriptions from doctors on Teleconsult. Please note that only doctors who have enabled e-prescription within our system are able to provide electronic prescriptions.
