70 g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 medium potatoes
3 whole eggs
1 fresh cucumber
1 carrot
2 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, add enough water to cover the potatoes and eggs. Bring the water to a boil, then carefully add the potatoes and eggs. Boil the potatoes for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until tender, and the eggs for about 10 minutes for hard boiling.
- If using raw chicken breast, place it in another pot of boiling water and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked. If using pre-cooked chicken, skip this step.
- While the chicken is cooking, shred the carrot and cucumber using a grater or a food processor.
- Once the potatoes and eggs are cooked, drain them and allow them to cool slightly. Peel the skin off the potatoes and remove the shells from the eggs.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the peeled potatoes and eggs together until smooth.
